Role Summary
The East Africa Office Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for Centrix Africa’s
East Africa operations. This role is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operations,
managing financial performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies across East Africa.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily office and regional operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
Financial Management
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the East Africa office.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles in East Africa.
- Strong understanding of the East African market and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required; Swahili proficiency is an advantage.
